We also offer you our support when you are discharged. If you wish, we will be happy to organize your return journey. On the day of discharge, you will have a final discussion with your doctors and therapists.

We will plan an individual aftercare concept tailored to your needs.

We will also be happy to plan the next steps with you after our treatment to ensure its sustainability.

• Which doctor will you be referred back to?
• When will you see this doctor?
• Which therapies are still recommended?
• Should we discuss information directly with the follow-up doctor?
• What steps will you take yourself?
• You will receive your final report when you say goodbye and can then leave or be collected.
