Our range of therapies

We pursue a holistic and individualized treatment approach

From the first day of your stay at our clinic, we will begin with your individual treatment plan. First of all, your treating doctors and psychotherapists will carry out an intensive psychiatric, psychological and psychosomatic assessment with you. The results of this initial diagnosis will then serve as the basis for your holistic and individual therapy plan. The therapy plan is designed to meet the special needs of young adults.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to promote the understanding and processing of unconscious conflicts and internal dynamics that influence behavior, emotions and interpersonal relationships.

In the context of working with adolescents, psychodynamic psychotherapy typically involves specific adaptations and techniques to take into account the developmental stage, emotional needs and life circumstances of adolescents.

High-frequency psychotherapy
  • Evidence-based intensive psychotherapeutic care in individual and group settings
  • Indication-specific and target group-oriented psychotherapy
  • Psychoeducation on various disorders
Behavioral therapy

When working with adolescents, behavioral therapy focuses on identifying and modifying unhealthy thought and behavior patterns. Using techniques such as cognitive restructuring and behavior modification, it helps adolescents develop more positive coping strategies and deal with mental health challenges. The therapy is goal-oriented and time-limited in order to promote concrete improvements in the adolescent’s well-being.

Systemic psychotherapy

Systemic therapy for adolescents applies the principles of systemic therapy to the specific needs and challenges of adolescents. Here are some aspects of systemic therapy that may be particularly relevant for adolescent clients:

Systemic therapy for adolescents looks not only at the individual adolescent, but also at their family and social environment. Problems and challenges are considered in the context of family dynamics and relationships.

Family therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to improve the relationship between parents and their adolescent children. This form of therapy can involve various approaches and techniques to promote communication, understanding and interactions within the family. Here are some possible aspects of this therapy:

Family-centered approach, communication enhancement, conflict resolution, behavior management, adolescent development education

Complementary therapies

We offer music therapy, art therapy, relaxation therapy, yoga, animal-assisted therapy and exercise and sports therapy as complementary therapies to conventional treatment approaches in the treatment of adolescent mental illness.

Here we address the individual needs of young people in order to promote their self-awareness and strengthen their self-confidence.

Nutritional therapy

Nutritional therapy for adolescents focuses on understanding the complexity of eating disorders and promoting healthy eating behaviors. A holistic approach that includes psychoeducational elements, individual adaptation and, where appropriate, family involvement, supports recovery and promotes long-term positive changes in eating behavior.
